1 - Returns

If you want to return the items received, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return them to us. Only window returns with plastic protection films on both sides will be accepted.

Return costs are your responsibility.

In this case, you must contact us to proceed to the return by sending an email to contact@plastiglass-racing.com.

2 - Refund

The payment of any refund will be made by the same method of payment as the one used. at the time of purchase.

The refund will be made if the returned products are not disruptive. The goods must be returned correctly packaged. You are responsible for returning the package. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

3 - Special order

Orders with custom cuts or requests that are not in the catalog can not be returned.
